Deep rest. Realignment. Renewal.
Soul Sisters Sound Baths blends master-level sound healing with deep energetic alignment. Each experience is intentionally themed to help you find balance, release stress, and return to your natural state of peace.
We are Paula Keck and Lila Marquart—actual sisters and certified sound bath practitioners—offering immersive sound experiences across Central Minnesota for more than three years.
Our sound baths are uniquely collaborative, played in tandem to create a rich, multidimensional soundscape. Between us, we weave together:
-
15 crystal singing bowls
-
8 metal singing bowls
-
2 gongs
-
A wide array of chimes and percussion instruments
Our events often sell out at Central Minnesota venues like Art in Motion (Holdingford), Northern Resonance (Cold Spring), and Shanti Yoga Center (St. Cloud).

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A sound bath, also called sound therapy or vibrational healing, is an ancient wellness practice known to reduce stress and support deep relaxation. During a session, you’re “bathed” in the resonant tones of crystal bowls, chimes, gong, and other instruments.
Because sound travels through water four times faster than air—and our bodies are mostly water—these vibrations are believed to help the body and mind recalibrate at a deep level.
BENEFITS OF SOUND THERAPY:
-
Reduces stress and anxiety
-
Promotes deep relaxation and pain relief
-
Supports immune and adrenal health
-
Encourages emotional balance and clarity
-
Helps lower blood pressure and calm the nervous system
-
Assists with chakra alignment and energetic balance
-
And so much more
HOW TO PREPARE FOR A SOUND BATH
Comfort is key. Dress in layers and bring what you need to feel fully relaxed—like a thick mat, blanket, or pillow. Mats and bolsters may be available to borrow, depending on the location. Sound baths can be experienced seated or lying down.
Be sure to hydrate beforehand; a well-hydrated body is a better conductor of vibration and frequency.
