As as certified yoga instructor (500 hr RYT), specializing in SomaYoga, and Certified Sound Bath Practitioner, I am grateful to share my practices with you. I offer group and private yoga sessions, as well as meditation and sound bath sessions. I also make all natural yoga products, including essential oil blends, eye pillows and mat accessories.
