Join Shanti teachers (Jessie & Paula)  in a one-of-a-kind aerial silks class that combines both physical and mental wellness techniques. This session is a unique blend of aerial silk movements and healing sound vibrations, offering the participants an opportunity for deep self-discovery and reflection. It introduces long, thoughtful holds designed to engage both your body and mind, promoting relaxation and mindfulness. In this class, the majority of the time will be spent in held postures and slow, deliberate movements using the aerial silks. As you move and hold positions in the silks, gentle, calming sounds will be playing in the background. These are not random noises, but carefully selected sound vibrations known for their therapeutic and healing properties. The session concludes with a tranquil 20-minute sound bath. While comfortably nestled in the aerial silks, you will be immersed in the soothing sounds that help reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and facilitate internal healing.  No aerial workshop required. There is a maximum of 9 participants per class, so we encourage you to book your spot early.
