Free Your Feet - Join Paula Keck, certified myofascial release practitioner and yoga instructor, on January 27th for a 75-minute class designed to release tension and restore ease throughout on the feet, ankles, shins, and calves—areas that impact how we move, balance, and feel in our bodies every day. This gentle yet powerful practice can help ease foot pain, restore mobility, and improve gait.
No previous experience needed. All equipment provided—feel free to bring your own if you have them. Class includes a handout and a video link to practice at home.
