Join us for a unique experience that combines a SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) Yoga practice with the soothing vibrations of a Sound Bath. The class begins with a brief introduction to paddleboarding techniques and safety guidelines, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and confident on their SUP boards. No prior experience is required, and our expert instructors will provide guidance and support throughout the class.  Once on the water, we'll start with a gentle yoga warm-up on the boards to get you centered and ready to settle in for the sound bath. The therapeutic sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and drum will sooth you while you float peacefully on your SUP board, allowing the gentle ripples of the water to lull you into a state of tranquility. Feel the vibrations reverberate through your body, helping to release tension and energetic blockages, and creating a sense of harmony within.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class offers a unique opportunity to deepen your yoga practice, connect with nature, and experience the profound benefits of sound healing.
