As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday, it is the perfect time to pause and reflect on those people, places and things we are grateful to have in our lives. Gratitude allows us to see the good in what we have and cultivate appreciation. We will begin with a short gratitude meditation, take a moment to journal, then we will begin our sound journey. Relax and allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and gong, resonate through you, as we fill the room with the energy of gratitude.
