Roll, Release, Restore - February Focus: Hips & Low Back
Join Paula Keck, certified myofascial release practitioner and yoga instructor, on February 24th for a 75-minute class designed to release tension and restore ease throughout your hips, pelvis and low back. This gentle yet powerful practice can help ease pain and restore mobility.
No previous experience needed. All equipment provided—feel free to bring your own if you have them. Class includes a handout and a video link to practice at home.
