Carve out an hour for yourself and set the tone for your week. Join us for a 1-hour yoga class for all levels. We will cultivate balance, flexibility, patience and strength. Bring light handweights (2-4 lbs), a yoga mat and water bottle. Drop-ins are welcome $12/per class. Payable to the instructor.
