Community Sound Bath with Albany/Avon Community Ed

A sound bath is a calming, meditative experience that helps your body and mind release tension and reset. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong, soothing vibrations slow your brainwaves, calm the nervous system, and support healing. Research shows that sound therapy can reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, and promote balance—even at the cellular level—by improving circulation, reducing stress hormones, and encouraging the body’s natural repair processes. This session will be led by Soul Sisters Sound Baths certified sound bath practitioners, Paula of PK Yoga and Lila of FernShadow Studio, offering restorative sound experiences throughout central Minnesota. Sound baths can be received either seated or lying down. Please bring your own comfort items such as a yoga mat, blanket, sleeping bag, or eye pillow.
