Join this 4-week Somatic Reset series lead by Paula Keck, Certified Roll Model Myofascial Release Practitioner and E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP® Yoga Instructor. 

With the use of myofascial release therapy balls and gentle Somatic movements, we will explore, release and balance not only the muscular and connective tissue systems of the body, but also the nervous system. What’s Included:

  • Weekly classes to target specific areas

    • Week 1: Intro - Breathwork and General Rolling Techniques

    • Week 2: Back & Trunk Release
